Joint Budget Committee. The bill removes the requirement that
the department of public health and environment (department) assist and
staff the stroke advisory board and the Colorado coroners standards and

training board. The bill allows the department to pay an independent
agency to manage the boards. Additionally, the bill adjusts the 2020 long
bill by reducing the $44,007 general fund appropriation to the department
for use by the health facilities and emergency medical services division.
