Winter–Concerning an expansion of a physician assistant’s
ability to practice, and, in connection therewith, changing the
relationship between a physician assistant and a physician or
podiatrist from supervision to collaboration for physician
assistants with less experience or who are working in a new
specialty, establishing the collaboration requirements, and
requiring physician assistants with more experience to consult
with the physician assistant’s health-care team.
