Rodriguez and Cooke–Concerning the continuation of the
authority of the director of the division of workers’
compensation to impose fines on an employer for a subsequent
failure to carry workers’ compensation insurance within a
specified period after a previous failure, and, in connection
therewith, implementing the recommendation in the 2021
sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.
HB22-1255 by Representative(s) Ortiz and Bradfield, Larson; also
Senator(s) Zenzinger and Kirkmeyer–Concerning measures to
improve postsecondary education outcomes for students with a
disability.

HB22-1270 by Representative(s) Woodrow; also Senator(s) Priola–Concerning measures related to changing “name-based
criminal history record check” to “name-based judicial record
check” in the Colorado Revised Statutes.
SB22-086 by Senator(s) Winter and Gonzales; also Representative(s)
Gray and Gonzales-Gutierrez–Concerning assets exempted
from seizure in certain proceedings, and, in connection
therewith, expanding the amount and application of the
homestead exemption to include personal property that is
actually used as a residence, increasing the scope and amount of
assets that may be exempted, adding certain new exemptions,
recreating and increasing an exemption for money in depository
accounts, and removing a requirement that a person must
deposit and not commingle funds in order to render child
support payments or unemployment benefits exempt from levy
to pay a debt.
