James M. Noble of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a representative of municipal or
industrial users, reappointed;
Timothy Pautler of Stratton, Colorado, a resident agriculturist from the Northern High
Plains Basin, reappointed;
David Payne of Fruita, Colorado, to serve as a representative of Western Slope municipal
or industrial users, appointed.
